AVOIDANCE IS TRAUMA

In Emotional Allowing, the pure essence of your being, often obscured by the conceptual mind, arises as a separate self. This self, seeking safety, naturally develops cravings and aversions toward life experiences in an attempt to avoid perceived pain. Over time, this avoidance of pain leads to the avoidance of life itself, shrinking our capacity to live fully. This behavior is an innocent and essential survival mechanism, designed to protect us from emotional overwhelm based on our individual experiences. However, it is only meant to be a temporary stage on the journey to emotional liberation.
